In 2024, the Town of Hamilton received a $1,050,000 Restore NY award. The PCD is assisting the Town in the administration and project development for this funding that will see six vacant homes in the Hamlet of Poolville rehabilitated or replaced. This project will elevate the character of Poolville and put much-needed housing back into the market.
