In 2020-22, the PCD used funding from the Alliance for Economic Inclusion in Onondaga County to provide small grants to businesses going through a transition of some kind. We awarded grants to eight businesses. Projects funded included Flour & Salt’s expansion into their new cafe location, the rehabilitation of the Milford St. train depot into a small commercial space, and the ownership transfer and expansion of The Huff Brau and K&S Auto in Earlville.
